At Meenal, each piece is made in small batches with care and intention. As a result, our policies reflect the nature of our limited production and our effort to be mindful of how we operate.
All our garments are handwoven across different parts of India. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or colour are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality. We encourage you to clarify any size-related questions before placing your order.
Exchange & Returns
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations for domestic or international orders. We kindly ask you to consider this before placing your order.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
In Case of an Approved Exchange
- Reverse shipping charges will apply unless the error was on our end (e.g., incorrect product or size sent).
- Please keep the tags intact and return the item in its original packaging.
- A replacement will be shipped only after we receive the original item and it passes our quality check.
- Standard delivery timelines will apply to all exchange shipments.
